As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor,  ACE Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, and online health coach, Lisa offers nutritional advice, quick effective workouts, motivation and ongoing support!


Working smarter not harder is the basis for Lisa’s fitness program. By training functionally, how we move throughout our day, the Quick Fitness Program delivers the perfect mix of a strength, stamina, and flexibility in less than 25 minutes a day.

In addition to effective workouts, Lisa also offers a nutritional component, online fitness challenges, and online health coaching built into her program. Lisa delivers all the benefits of a trainer, consultant, nutritionist, and motivator all in one!
