Adair makes a lifestyle change...and it changes her life!

I started Lisa P's Quick Fitness program in the summer of 2012 after not working out in over two years.

I had a serious skiing accident two years ago where I tore my MCL and due to the accident I didn’t work out as I was told to stay off my leg for 6 weeks and my recover was very slow.

Prior to the accident I was very active playing baseball and volleyball. I worked out and really enjoyed life.

I began to believe that the pain would go away or subside; it hurt to walk, jump, kneel, stand for long periods etc. I thought I would never heal, thought my love for playing baseball had come to an end. This led me into a slight depression where I used my knee as an excuse for everything and ate what I wanted and didn’t care about the effects it was taking on my body and mind.

I was that little girl who was made fun of for her weight, but now I feel like I can do anything.

Lisa approached me about trying her program and seeing how I could make out, seeing if I would feel better about myself.

I have been attending classes since the end of August; I started out in the low impact section where I was unable to do many things like jumping jacks, pushups, squats etc. Now after a few months I have been able to hold a plank, add a few jumping jacks, my strength is amazing!

I am starting to tone my body and have very little pain in my knee as I’ve strengthened it greatly with Lisa’s program. I have lost a few inches and some weight, I have so much energy now and the depression has gone away, for the first time in my life I feel good about myself! I was that little girl who was made fun of for her weight, but now I feel like I can do anything.

Lisa has taught me that it’s not just a workout that will make me successful, but a lifestyle change and this change I can’t wait to accept!

In the next few months coming up I plan to add a healthy eating menu into my day, I am known for eating “one-meal-a-day”(which I know is bad for me) I plan on making healthy choices and exercising as much as I can with Lisa.

Lisa is such a motivating person with a heart of gold! I appreciate that she gives me encouraging calls, texts and emails. To her it’s not just a workout class, she truly cares for each individual in her class, she want to see you succeed!

Thanks to Lisa’s program I got to play my favourite sport again and next year I will have the energy and stamina to play on two teams! Lisa has taught me that it’s not just a workout that will make me successful, but a lifestyle change and this change I can’t wait to accept!
