I have a kinesiology degree, have always played sports, am a high school phys-Ed teacher, have run the Around the Bay Road Race twice, and cycle frequently.
I have always enjoyed playing sports and being athletic, and healthy living is an important part of my life.
When my wife asked me to join her at Quick Fitness I was happy to go and support her as she was trying to get healthier and I thought it would be fun to go and spend an hour each day working out together.
