Sandy Rocks Challenges Because She's Worth It!

A challenge. Some people run from it. Some people have that competitive spirit and go all in, and some people, well, they just aren't sure. Wherever most people find themselves in that very moment, I always tell people the same thing. "Just come as you are and do it." 

I always tell people the same thing. "Just come as you are and do it."

It's not the right time. Let me think about it and get back to you. I've heard just about every best laid out excuse. Are challenges scary? Heck yes! Being challenged to eat clean, drink a dose of dense nutrition, exercise for thirty minutes a day, drink half your body weight in ounces of water, and get to bed on time; For some people that's a complete turning of their world upside down. 

What if I fail? What if I can't do it? Who HASN'T had those thoughts in their life? Challenge groups are full of people from all walks of life; Nurses, Teachers, Stay- at-home-Moms and Dads, Police officers, Wildlife Rescuers, Hairdressers, Marketing and Sport Professionals and many other interesting, unique, amazing people all trying to figure out how to get "back on track" and simply feel better. They are also led by coaches, like me. Some of us are fitness professionals, but most of us are these exact people too, who found something that is working and are passionate about sharing that with others.

What if I fail? What if I can't do it? Who HASN'T had those thought in their life?

Oh, you just want to make a sale. Why are you reaching out to me, you must have an agenda? You're sort of right! As coaches, we want to end the trend of obesity. We want to connect with people. We want to build a relationship and share our knowledge, and for me personally, I want to change your life. Our days are numbered. That's a scary reality. I want to make an impact and leave this world a better place. I want you to make an impact on your children, your friends, and for Lord's sake, yourself, because you are worth it! 

As coaches, we want to end the trend of obesity. We want to connect with people. We want to build a relationship and share our knowledge, and for me personally, I want to change your life.

If someone happens to choose a product that I support and believe in. Awesome! If someone feels this isn't their time. That's OK too. As coaches we walk, run, jog, or sprint right along side of them, because at one time we were those people who walked, maybe even crawled, and hoped someone offered to walk and crawl with us too.

I first met Sandy in college and I instantly fell in love with her personality, her beautiful heart, her beautiful smile, and her awesome personality. She's sassy. She's funny, She's patient. She's honest, and she'd give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She was the first friend to ever come visit me in Canada when I first moved here. She's adventurous, and I'm so honored to have her in my life. She trusted me with her time, her money, and ultimately her life, and I'm really glad she did! Check out her testimonial below.
