Confidence is a MUSCLE

Today I woke up confident.

For some it's easy to just wake up confident.

To walk confident.

To have attitude that is confident.

To look someone in the eye and be confident.

For me- not so much.

I have struggled with weight ALL MY DAMN LIFE, and confidence was the last thing on the planet that I had.

Until this year.

What changed?

I set big, freaking, hairy, scary goals, and decided to put one foot in front of the other and go.

I didn't have a 3 month, and 6 month, or a year plan.

I just had a get better everyday plan.

And I had a BELIEF in myself that I could do it.

Being surrounded by inspirational people like my husband, friends, and coaching team, has helped, but it's been the --DAY in and DAY out --of the daily GRIND,

that has gotten me to my confident self today.

I workout when I don't want to

I eat clean when I don't want to.

I help others reach their goals, when sometimes... I really don't want to.

I'd rather read a magazine and veg.

I send gratitude and praise to others, when I'm most feeling like I don't deserve any.

I do all the things consistently that others won't do.

I refuse to give myself an exit strategy.

I've got a "I'm working hard in this very moment" strategy and let's see how that plays out.

And tomorrow I will do the same.

I continually keep building my confidence muscles until pretty soon. It will be me- 100%.

Today I woke up confident.

I'm on the plan, and today went exactly how I wanted it to.

Arm workout done. Country Heat done.

Full work day in.

Taped a Quick Fitness class, about to teach my clients, and macros all tracked.

Checked in with my online clients and I'm about to check out to sleep later!

Tomorrow morning early, I will head outdoors for a run.

40 degree weather today and I decided to play it safe.

#Day 31 of 168... DONE!
