Torch Fat With This Effortless, Tropical Treat!

Recently, I've found an AMAZING secret for torching fat that I want to share.

Why? Because the rev metabolism and burn fat game is confusing.

Eat carbs, avoid carbs, eat spicy food, fruit is GOOD, don't eat fruit after 3pm... Oh dear.

Anyone else get confused?

That's why I've made it my mission to share SIMPLE, CONSISTENT solutions that WORK.

There has been one ingredient that I've added into my Macros, Muscles, and Mindfulness Plan, after I've had great success with it.

Not to mention it makes me feel like I'm at the beach sipping Pina Coladas.

Everything in moderation, right?

And that super food power house is coconut oil!

Coconut Oil has some INCREDIBLE benefits:

1. Coconut Oil is made up of MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides).

It means that it's a healthy source of fat that goes right to your liver to be immediately used as energy. The kind of energy that will last, not a quick spike and drop in your energy like a simple sugar.

Processed foods, pop, white bread and rice, a candy bar, even a green juice or smoothie; They are all quick fixes if energy is low.

Bonus--These MCT's are also known to help with brain disorders such as epilepsy, Alzheimers, and Parkinsons AND studies show that it helps to burn more fat by 5% each day!

MCT's for the WIN!

2. The next winner in Coconut Oil is Lauric Acid.

Lauric Acid is derived from the oil of tropical plants and it's known to kill harmful bacteria that invades your gut.

Candida can cause inflammation of the gut and it's tough to get rid of. This is why some people have started coconut pulling, or ingesting a tablespoon of coconut oil and spitting it out like mouthwash to wipe out the bacteria in their mouth.

The Lauric Acid that's found in Coconut Oil will wipe out bacteria like an assassin!

You want Lauric Acid in your arsenal or should I say in your gut!

3. And speaking of our gut, Coconut Oil can help reduce appetite by keeping you fuller longer and reduce abdominal fat.

Coconut oil is full of GOOD cholesterol and produces ketones in the liver. It fuels your body with exactly what you need for the day.

4. Lastly, I have never personally done this, but coconut oil can be used for the skin and hair as a moisturizer.

Just google or you tube it. You'd be amazed what you find.

And I've also never done this, but coconut oil can be used as lube in the bedroom. Yeah, I went there.

When you've firing up your metabolism and burning fat, why not heat things up in the bedroom too!

Just take note that coconut oil can make a condom burst or even cause a yeast infection if used TOO much.

But why not go all natural if needed!

I do admit that things have never been the same in tropical town since I had my son.

I personally use coconut oil in my shakes, I bake with it, and I stir fry my veggies in it.

I've also tried it in my coffee when I was experimenting, but it kinda ruined a good coffee as it was too oily.

But who knows what may work for you!

Go out and try it!

I've attached one of my favorite recipes as Peanut Butter Cups are my weakness, and I needed a back up plan for this Halloween.
