Fitness has always been a catalyst for change in my life. As a child, I was overweight, bullied and struggled with self-esteem. In middle school, I decided to become active in volleyball, basketball and softball and quickly fell in love with sports and training. As I began to have fun, the weight began to fall off. I continued to play sports throughout high school and college, and fitness even gave me the confidence to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
