Level 4 - Quick Fitness

Are you ready for the next level? By training functionally, how we move throughout our day, the Quick Fitness Program delivers the perfect mix of a strength, stamina, and flexibility in less than four hours a week.

The goal of Day One, Two, and Three’s workouts are to strengthen all muscle groups including the heart and lungs. Day Four, the last of the structured workouts, focuses on core training and a feel-good stretch to rejuvenate the body just in time for the weekend.
